Great Location

The condo was a great size for 5 adults and 3 teens. Yes, I slept in one of the full size bunk beds with grandchildren. Condo was exceptionally clean and very roomy. We visit 30A every year and found this condo to be one of the best. Pool was wonderful along with elevator access. Just liked the whole set up minus all the codes required for entry into complex,restrooms outside. My only suggestion would be to replace the full size mattresses and the queen mattress in extra bedroom. I was able to sleep on the queen after guests left early. Mattresses are so reasonable today. That is the only reason I did not rebook this condo for next year. Otherwise it was just perfect. Benchmark Management was excellent with all communications. We did have a mix up with gate codes upon entry but another guest gave us correct code. The 2 beach fobs worked out great for coming and going. I put them on lanyards for safe keeping. Complex was very quiet and well maintained. Very short walk to private beach. Enjoyed sitting on large porch overlooking pool. Very impressed overall. New mattresses needed.

Family Beach Trip

We absolutely loved this condo for our family beach trip. The access to the beach is super close - a lot closer than maps made it appear. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with two different coffee makers and all of the baking supplies you could possibly need. The common family area is very spacious. My grand babies had plenty of room to play on our rain out days. The only negative was the beach access situation. Each condo is given two coin sized fobs that grant access to the beach entry gate. That fob is necessary for both ENTRY and EXIT from the beach - with a condo that sleeps 12, that’s just not a good situation. We only had 8 people (2 toddlers), and it was a struggle. All of the renters were having the same issue - several times when we were leaving the beach, we met up with other renters trying to exit the beach and waiting for someone with a fob to let them out because the others in their group had left the beach earlier and taken their fob. These fobs are tiny, too, so I spent the whole week pestering my kids about who had the fob and making sure they returned it to the key holder by the front door. It was stressful.

Beautiful condo, great location, easy check-in, but very little check out instructions. I had to call the office to find out what we were supposed to do the day of check out. We loved the deck and the view! We would definitely stay at this location again!

Great Condo

Unit was in great shape and well supplied. Tastefully decorated and in a nice community. Worked well for our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. The unit is large with a large balcony. Short walk to the beach. We stayed in this community back in the mid 2000s when our daughter was young and the HOA has done a very nice job of keeping the condo building, pool and grounds clean and in great shape. We would rent again. Thanks
