Best Location, Beach Setup and View!

I started each morning having my coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the endless waves roll in. The condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable with the exception of the beds. The mattresses were cheap uncomfortable. Everything other than a few items were in good working order. Kitchen is well stocked, but we had to make a second trip to the grocery store to get salt when we found only a sprinkle left in the shaker.
Lastly, I left a hair dryer and expensive flat iron in the master bath vanity drawer by mistake. I’ve called and spoken to someone twice, who assured me my items had been found and would be shipped to me. That hasn’t happened.

We had a big group which rented 3 separate units at this condo complex. It was perfect because each family had our own space but could enjoy the pool/beach together. Our specific condo unit was on the 10th floor and waking up each morning to the view was spectacular! The layout of the unit was perfect for our family & I couldn't recommend it enough.

Beautiful Condo

This was our youngest sons first time at the beach and this will hold a special place in our heart. We also traveled with extended family, and we had such a fun time in such a beautiful place.

New Favorite Vacation Spot

First time visitor to 30A. This unit was located central to all 30A amenities and attractions. The view from the 10th floor is perfect. To the left you can see to Panama City and to the right you can see to Destin. Directly in front you see the beautiful green and blue water that defines the "Emerald Coast." This unit has a restricted beach and comes with two chairs and an umbrella set up every day. We also got a credit with a rental company that resulted in two bicycles that we were able to ride to some of the nearby towns and shopping areas. The place we stayed was clean and everything worked. It was not over-crowded (mid-April), so we didn't even have to wait long for the elevator. I suggest booking restaurant reservations a few weeks prior to arriving. The only downside was that the water was closed for a few days because of rip currents. We could see the rip currents from our balcony and as disappointing as it was to have the water closed, the danger was clearly seen. There is nothing the facility or management can do about rip currents, so we can't hold that against the condo.

Beachcrestt 1004 was exactly what we wanted and expected. Tge location is exceptional! It is perfect for everything 30A. It was clean, decorated micely and had all we needed. ( the bulb was out in one lamp in the master, but that was not a big deal.)
The views of the beach were spectacular! We had a great get away and hope to go again!

We enjoyed our stay here. clean unit and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The building was nice, elevator worked well, with little wait time. Only complaints would be, the dresser in guest room was broken and the check out rule putting away the dishes was GROSS. I’ve never been asked to put away dishes in all the years I’ve been staying in condos. Probably would’ve washed the dishes before my family used them at the beginning of the stay if I would’ve known this was your policy. Overall stay was nice.

Beautiful condo at Beachcrest - #1004

We love to choose this condo almost every time we’ve come to Seagrove. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Being on the 10th floor gives us a great view of the beach and ocean. For us, a beach front stay is the only way to go. It is also close to many good restaurants and shopping.. the young lady in the office at Beachcrest was delightful. She was willing to help in any way.

Restful trip

This is our second time staying at Beachcrest. It is a great location, with Cafe 30A across the street, Angelina's Pizza and a Tom Thumb Convenience Store (in case you forget anything). The condo is comfortable and has a beautiful view. Beach service is included. We worked some and it was great to have wifi. There is a hairdryer so no need to bring one. The smaller bedroom does not have a TV, that would be a nice addition. The blackout blinds in the smaller bedroom was nice as it can be very bright without blackout blinds. The property management company was very responsive. Excellent trip.

Perfect location, great condo!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our baby moon in March 2021; the condo was spacious and clean, and was just a few steps to the beautiful beach! We were initially given the wrong code to access the condo, but rental management resolved the issue within a matter of minutes and was easily accessible and kind about our issue! Also great central location to Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton Beach, and all the 30a area has to offer! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Review of Condo

We came to town for a wedding and were looking for a place to stay in close proximity and that's exactly what we got! The wedding was an east 5 minute walk. The condo was nice and comfortable. View from the balcony was great. Could use a few more frying pans and even some basics like salt and pepper or sugar would be nice. Some board games would also be a nice touch since it did rain a bit and we needed something to do inside. Overall it was a good experience.
