Wonderful. Very clean. Design/furniture/colors and wall color choices spot on for a very relaxing vibe. The appliances and washer/dryer excellent. The only issues for me, and they’re not a major, is that I prefer a firm mattress. Just a preference. And the front door lock bolt was a bit difficult to operate. But these are picky little things. Otherwise, no issues. It’s a lovely unit and I’ll definitely be renting again in the future. I’ve stayed at multiple places in Seagrove and Seacrest. I can honestly say it’s the most comfortable, clean, relaxing space I’ve stayed in during the dozens of times I’ve vacationed on 30-A. Great job!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful, the views was breathtaking, the only complaint I have is the beds are so so uncomfortable, please upgrade your beds.

Beautifully decorated and well stocked condo. Great view from the 11th floor. Perfect location. One negative is that the bathrooms are small, especially the 2nd bathroom. Also the light on the microwave did not work. Needs some additional lighting in kitchen. Would benefit from under cabinet lighting.
Comment on property building - elevator interiors need to be upgraded. Otherwise property (pool and common areas) is very well maintained.

We love the Beachcrest Condo. The location on 30a is perfect. This is our third time staying here for spring break. This condo was more updated than most. King bed was uncomfortable but over we were happy with the condo.

Happy Thanksgiving

This is the best stocked condo we have stayed at over our eight years of coming to the beach. If it is cold outside during Thanksgiving there are plenty of games, movies and books to keep you entertained. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Would rent here again in a heart beat. Benchmark staff are also very helpful.

Enjoyed a quiet get-away on scenic 30-A - Wow - what growth since the last time we were there. The area has terrific restaurants - we ate local every night. Beautiful views of the water and sunrise/sunset. We'll come back soon.

We had a great time in this condo. The view was fabulous! The beds in both bedrooms were super comfy to get a good nights rest, black out curtains made it for a restful and relaxing weekend. The condo was very nicely decorated. Highly recommend this unit at Beachcrest 1101.

Condo was clean and well stocked with initial supplies. Everything worked well but clothes dryer has probably at the end of its serviceability. Ample parking and fast elevator service even with building being close to full. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed recommendation for urgent care facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest 1101. It was nicely updated and the view was tremendous. The Benchmark employees were very accommodating. We did have some folks in the unit for awhile one day to upgrade the WiFi system, but we were given some notice that they would be arriving. It is in a great location to access shops/restaurants at Seaside , along 30A and in Rosemary or Alys beach as well.

Beautiful unit with everything you need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful! The only suggestion, to make this unit perfect, is to replace the extremely loud fan in the second bathroom. It has a loud, very annoying, sound.

Such an efficient process. Spoke to them on the phone found what we needed for our stay. Received multiple emails with all the necessary information and showed up to a clean room that we enjoyed for 4 days after an exhausting trip to universal studios.

I specifically select this condo based on comfortable furniture. Nice sofas and a lazy boy lounger.......and they were comfortable! I hate the condos that decorate with the beachy theme and put twin beds in the second bedroom. This condo had a king in the master and double in the second bedroom. Perfect for the two couple stay.
No Kureg coffee maker, just the old fashion one and it broke but, the office quickly replaced. We also had a slow drain in the guest bathroom and the kitchen light didn't work but, again the office came quickly and fixed both issues.
We did have problems with the Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. In TN will call them roaches and they were big! We sprayed and left traps so maybe it helped some. AC in master bedroom did not cool well but, think I would rent again.

We had two units...each were unique in their decor....we enjoyed both. We would like to thank the owners for sharing such lovely accommodations. They were everything we had hoped for and more. The Condo was beautiful as was the beach.We had a great time. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wanted to let you know of some condo issues. We were not bothered by them but wanted to let you know for future guests. The exhaust fan in the king bed bathroom did not work. One of the chairs on balcony had a ripped seat. The refrigerator door did not shut properly.
The kitchen was very well stocked with any kind of dish or utensil you could want. We do plan to return. Are there discounts for repeat renters? Thank you for a wonderful 4 day vacation :)

I stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights, and we had the best time! The balcony is HUGE -- must be 20 feet long. Amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Loved having a kitchen and the beds were very comfy. The condo is decorated so well, feels so beachy and homey. Thanks, we'll be back!
