We have been coming to this exact unit for a few years and due to the lack of cleaning that was done prior our arrival and the new prices that are now almost double, we will most likely not be returning.

Weekend get away

Was a great weekend and we had a fantastic time. The bed however looked like it was just made up from the last guest and you could tell someone had been sitting on it. We washed the sheets before we slept in the bed. Hair all over the shower walls and on the base boards. Not sure the place had been cleaned real good in a while.
The location was great, water was perfect and the umbrella and chairs were nice.

Let’s just say I wasn’t happy to start off. When I asked for one hour early check in and they wanted to charge me $65 which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t get $65 or more back for checking out early!! That just made me mad to start off. I’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and no one has ever done that. So no I would never leave benchmark again. The condo was OK. I guess. The bed was hard the bathroom tiny in the shower did not drain well. The location is great though.

Hi Heather, thanks for staying with us at Beachcrest and for providing us with this review. We are so sorry to hear that you did not completely enjoy your stay with us. Please note that our standard check-in time is at 4pm. We do offer early check-in; however it is not garaunteed; as the units have to be both cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. If the units are ready before 4pm, we do charge an early check-in fee of $65; please note that this is not mandatory as guests do have the option to check-in at the standard check-in time without paying a fee. Your door codes and everything is synced to 4pm as such to gain early access we have to make a number of changes. We have taken your comment regarding the fee into account and have passed them on to the proper parties. We are truly sorry that this has dissuaded you from renting with us. Please note also that the issue with the drain has been resolved. We do apologize thst you did not find the bed comfortable. It is always quite a task to find bedding for vacation rentals as each person has their preferences. We have however taken this into account as guest satisfaction is our priority. We hope we can welcome you again soon!

Great pre-Spring Break Getaway

This condo building was in a good location and had beautiful beach views. Kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed. We rode bikes and walked to several places including restaurants and into Seaside to walk around. Would definitely rent again.

Nice Long Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest 1201. The condo we very well kept and beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing it could use is a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. But other than that, the property is well maintained and you can't beat the location.

Booking with Benchmark was very easy. Everything was organized from start to finish. We loved the Beachcrest condo, especially the beach. There is plenty of beachfront reserved for the condo, so even on memorial day weekend, we didn't have trouble getting a beach spot.

Great winter vacation spot to relax!

The condo is located in the heart of my favorite part of 30A. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view! There is easy access to the pool and beach. And, having an office on site have peace of mind - although we didn’t need any assistance.

Our second time to come to Beachcrest. The unit had been updated and was done so very tastefully. The kitchen was perfect and we cooked in almost all our meals. The new GE stainless steel appliances, oven. dishwasher and fridge were nice quality. We used the Weber Grills and they were like ours at home.
The new Samsung 60" Smart TV's were great to watch golf and footballs games at night.
The view from our room at Beachcrest is magnificient! To see the changing colors of the water and the reflection of the moon into our bedroom and night while hearing the sounds of the waves in just peaceful.
Next year will spend more time on the beach and more time on the golf courses.

Number one priority was beachfront. The view from our unit on the 12th floor was magnificiant. White sand beaches clear bule/green water. Quiet well mannered people to share the beach. Lots of good choices to eat out or cook in. Our unit was fine, clean and but not luxurious. TV was small screen but I went to see the beach and will watch TV when I get home. Unfortunately had to leave one day early due to an emergency.
