We chose this unit because my husband had to come to FT. Walton for work and we decided to stay here and check out the area. This was the best decision ever and he said the 50 min commute was perfect. Sunny and about 85 degrees. We recently bought a camp/lakehouse in Slidell an Lake Ponchartran and our table is very similar. Same color and I LOVE your décor/ and love that you don’t have clutter. We loved walking to Seaside and exploring that area. Such a beautiful place with precious shops. Favorite places to eat were Bud & Ally’s, Perfect Pig and the Wine Bar. Our special highlights were drinking coffee and wine on the balcony. The water is gorgeous. Just loved everything about it and hope to come back in September with my family and friends.

SUMMER VACATION! We loved exploring 30a. We loved riding bikes, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunsets (my favorite beach time and temp) coffee by the water each morning, kids, crab searching and mini golf in PCB. We enjoyed relaxing and not having a schedule! We absolutely loved this condo and cant wait to return soon!!

Beautiful Area

We loved this area. The atmosphere was so relaxing instead of crowded. My only problem was that the mattresses on the twin beds need to be replaced. I could hardly move after sleeping on it so I started sleeping with my 85 year old mother in the master bedroom. Everything else was wonderful and the condo was beautiful.

Perfect for our needs

It was a long weekend trip and I loved being on the beach. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning is a must for me. The unit was clean and well decorated. The building itself could use some love. It is dated and needs painting.

Relaxing Fall Break with Kids

The newly renovated beach themed condo was very nice! The balcony view was wonderful of the beach and ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were great to have every day at the beach. We liked how close restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and ice cream shops were in location to us. The elevators were quick. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures online were exactly what the condo looked like. The check-in/out was easy with the Hospitality app. The app also gave me codes to the condo and beach/pool access and other information. My family and I had a nice stay here!

We visited to spend time at the beach for fall break family vacation. The weather was wonderful the whole week, Sunny low 80’s and no rain. Our best memories was spending time as a family and on the beach at dinner. The Condo was very nice. We liked the beachy theme with the colors and art work. The balcony view of the beach was great.

The purpose of our trip was Fall break family vacation. We visited Seaside. The weather temperature was wonderful the whole week! Sunny and low 80’s, no rain! Our lasting memories were spending time as a family on the beach and at dinner. Relaxing at the beach and going out to dinner every day. Would recommend Old Fla Fish House. The Perfect Pig – Best food of the week. The condo was very nice . We like the beachy theme colors and artwork. The balcony view was great.

We had a wonderful stay in 305! We have been to the Beachcrest now for a few years. By far our favorite unit! Clean! Updated! Fans! Air unit worked well!!! We will definitely book this unit again next year!
Love the island in the kitchen! View was better than expected being only in 3rd floor! Our boys loved the second room with two twin beds! Overall it was a great stay! Location of condo is perfect, right in the middle of all the things! Beachcrest, 305 for the Win!

Family Vacation

Beach Family vacation, Visited Grayton, Seaside and Watersound. Temperature was high of 80’s and low of 70’s. Lasting memory was playing with our boys and in the water. Relaxing and listening to the waves come in. Seeing a sea turtle at the shore line and all of the beautiful sunsets. Our favorite memories were watching sunsets as a family. Teaching our boys to boogie board, sea turtle spotting and swimming in the Beachcrest pool to cool down.

Summer Vacation, Favorite experience, exploring 30A. The weather was hot and locals said it felt more like August but was dry. Our lasting memories were riding bikes, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunsets (my favorite beach time temp) coffee by the water each morning, kids crab searching, mini golf in PCB.
We enjoyed relaxing and not having any schedule during our stay. We recommend Beachy Bean Coffee, The Donut place next door, the Donut Hole for a big breakfast, FOOW for meals with views and the HUB for gathering with friends. We recommend for future guest to take blankets down around 7PM to watch the sunset. We love this condo and will return. Thank you!

Very nice and clean condo unit. The unit faces the Gulf with a great view of the beach and ocean. The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Benchmark was easy to work with and very accommodating.

This unit is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view of the ocean. It was very cold while we were there and it was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the waves without having to go all the way down to the beach. You can hear the waves beautifully from this unit as well. It's convenient to so much good food, as well. I highly recommend eating at Café 30A. It's only about a one minute walk from the condo. Communication with benchmark management company is a 10 scale of five. The property was spotless and they communicated numerous times with us during our trip to make sure things were going well. I will definitely stay here again!!

New Unit

305 is a lovely unit. The kitchen, however, has a brand new induction glass stove top, and we had to call the office and maintenance —both of whom were so very pleasant and helpful—to make sure we used it correctly—you have to use stainless steel, no aluminum! Also, the bedrooms each have decent sized closets, but there is limited drawer space in the bedrooms. All in all, it is a nicely-decorated, clean unit—one in which we will stay again!!

Beautiful week in a beautiful condo

We’ve never stayed in Beachcrest and this condo was perfect for our small family. Had all the amentities we needed for cooking too. Love the private access to beach and pool. The elevator was great as well. Beachcrest is central to everything and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes.

Super cute condo for our girl’s trip! Weather was amazing! The only thing I would suggest changing is that in the master bedroom, the box spring makes this really loud noise anytime you get up or down.

Easy rental

We had a great stay. Check in and check out were effortless. The only thing I would mention is that the pictures did not accurately represent the master shower. It was dingy and not nice/representative of the rest of the condo which had lots of updates.

Beach Crest 305 was very nice condo. i would rent it again that is for sure. I would like to suggest providing a extra roll of toilet paper for the bathrooms along with a little laundry detergent in the units . The front desk lady named Michelle was very helpful with food recommendations. We had great food and weather while we were there.

A few things needed. More than two towels and one wash cloth. Kitchen very limited-no measuring cups or pairing knive.
