My marine business required me to find accommodations on short notice in the area. The staff were very helpful at 10 minutes till closing that day. The condo was very nice and well appointed.

Our experience with Benchmark was very positive. We had a great condo in many ways- great location on 30A, clean and attractive, lovely view on the ocean side, easy beach access, close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Very pleased!

Great and on the beach

The condo was immaculate, very clean and new, modern furniture and beds and appliances. The balcony is as pictured, stools and table and a chaise, very nice gulf view. You are steps from the pool and down the stairs from the beach. Get there early every day, beach chairs are first come. If you want to spend your extra credit money on bikes, let them know beforehand, they get delivered that evening, so you want to order them early in the week.

Great location. Very nice unit. Living room and dining room was a little dated. Small bathrooms. Master bedroom mattress was very nice. Heated pool was very popular. Overall nice unit.

Great beachfront condo in an area that’s not crowded or overly commercial. Beachcrest overall was very clean and unit 306 was nicely furnished with an updated kitchen, and big flat screen TVs in master and living room. Kitchen appliances were a little wonky but we mostly ate out or had it delivered from some yummy nearby restaurants. 306 is a corner unit so very quiet. I highly recommend!

it was a nice place. It was good enough for two parents/two kids. The convenience was amazing since it was easy to go back and forth from the beach. The beach was private, so it was never crowded. it was an easy bike to seaside or any other restaurants/stores. The only problem that can be corrected is that it can host 6 guests, but only 4 pillows were provided. For the pull out sofa, pillow cases were provided but no pillows.

When we saw the unobstructed, panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and bedroom of unit 306 at BeachCrest, we thought we had died and gone to heaven. The view, and proximity to the ocean, would have been enough to sell us on spending our vacation time in the condo. But there's much more—Unit 306 had been completely renovated with loving attention to even the smallest detail, providing everything we needed for a wonderful, restful retreat.The spacious master bedroom has its own ocean view, an oh-so-comfy bed, large screen TV, generous closet and storage space plus a beautiful bathroom with plenty of elbow room. The second bedroom carries out the same theme of comfort and style and also has its own private bath. The updated kitchen more than met our needs and the open floor plan dining/living areas added to the spacious feel of the condo.
But the star of the show is the location of the condo and the views. The owners have thoughtfully provided deck chairs that are the perfect height for an unobstructed view of the ocean, something we really appreciated. Plus there is a pool, an amenity you don't always find at beach front condos, as well as complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. And, last but not least, the Seagrove Beach area boasts plenty of great places to eat, plus a Publix and several fresh fish markets for those times when we wanted to eat in. There's plenty to do and see, but mostly we wanted to relax and enjoy the change of scene, and it was perfection. The ocean always refuels and refreshes. We can't wait to come back!
