Wonderful vacation

The view overlooking the beach is beautiful. The location is great allowing walking to a few restaurants, donuts and ice cream! There is also a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The Publix is a short drive away. The condo was very clean and has the usual kitchen supplies. We had an issue with the TV and maintenances fixed it right away. I would suggest getting a new window treatment for the sliding door to the balcony as it does not close properly. We enjoyed having breakfast everyday on the balcony looking at the gulf. The reservations, arrival and checkout were all convenient and smooth. The Vacayzen credit worked out well for us to rent bikes. Would highly recommend this condo!

Good time at Beachcrest

Our experience was good. This is the first time we have stayed at Beachcrest. The condo was a comfortable size, furnished nicely and well equipped
We had an issue with the tv which was addressed quickly by staff. All staff were helpful .

More Than I Could Imagine or Dream...

I've never felt so welcomed and so at home from the moment I stepped through the front door. Wow! loved this beautifully decorated beach home that was so very, very, very clean! Loved the comfy bed and spacious shower in the master bed and bath. The Amazing views from the balcony were refreshing and beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset with the sun reflecting thru the beautiful palm leaves. Wow breathless! Loved being able to walk to Mi Casita Mexican Grill, (so very, very good) and so very close to the Condo and biking to the Barefoot BBQ in Seaside. So much fun and so delicious! Enjoyed biking barefoot and on the path to the different beaches and towns! Everyone here is so friendly and All the staff on site and everyone I talked with to make our reservation with were always so very kind and so very helpful! Most of all just Loved camping out on this most beautiful beach each day and wading in the warm waves and enjoying some cheesecake while sitting in the sand at sunset! Yes I would most definitely recommend this property to a friend! Thank you for a most Treasured week!

Beach Trip!

Love the location; our 3rd visit to this property. Jimmy at the beach chair station is awesome and provides great customer service! This particular unit needs some update/painting/etc. It's still a good hangout but we stayed in the unit once before about a year ago and it's had some wear and tear. We stayed in another unit in this complex that was much nicer and more up to date. Would still stay here again but would like to see some updates, cosmetic improvements, etc. Needs new mattress for master bed...sinks and not really that comfortable.

Great Vacation

Our vacation was great! The location of the property is close to Seaside and other small communities on 30A. We enjoyed the room and our view from the balcony (even though there is a Palm Tree right outside, depending on where you are sitting it only blocks a small % of your view at that moment). The furniture on the balcony was nice to have a meal or to just have some time alone. The condo itself was nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed for our beach vacation.
The pool was cleaned everyday and the surrounding area was well maintained. The two beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the room is always amazing! It is nice not trying to get down to the beach to set up your own umbrella and chairs or tent for the day. The beach in front of the property was always kept clean.
The two gas grills is a nice touch. There are also two tables with umbrellas to sit at and eat if you wish.
The Benchmark company that we booked this property through was very professional and helpful. I have never had an issue with them.
I would and have already recommended this property to others as a place to stay. We will definitely rent from this property again.
