This was our second time staying at this property, and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The beautiful ocean views and direct beach access are the best, making it easy and fun for our family to make memories that we’ll cherish forever. We will be returning again!

We have stayed at BeachCrest for years. Great location, perfect space for 2 people. This was our first stay in unit 406. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Also we got a note form the property management company saying we could check in 30 minutes early for a $65 fee which was tacky considering we rent here often and they no longer provide credits for bicycles.

Regarding the early check-in fee and bicycle credits, we regret any disappointment caused. However, our early check-in charge is clearly communicated in our guidebook link sent out to all guests to eliminate any surprises and hidden fees. We resend this information one week before arrival and on the day of arrival. We strongly encourage our guests to pay special attention to all the helpful communication we send out. Your feedback will guide us in reassessing our policies to better serve our returning guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

great view. there was supposed to be tv in every bedroom, but one was missing. the management brought in a loaner. updated tv's would be good. dvd did not work

I was able to sit on balcony, enjoy the view and coffee, before everyone was up and ready to go to the Beach :-) Easy to get to/from Beach. GREAT restaurant across the street and 1/2 block down. Easy communications with Management.

Condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. Complex is clean, family friendly. We spent a lot of time in the balcony enjoying the gulf view. Pool is heated and nice. Beach access great wand if Diego is working in the beach he will help you with chairs and umbrellas! Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at your condo! The view of the ocean was so nice and the balcony space was great. The location was just a bike ride away from many places we wanted to go but yet far enough away from the heavy traffic. Would stay there again. :)

Good place to stay, but needs upgrade.

We stayed two months in Beachcrest 406. Great location to the beach, restaurants, etc. The incentive to rent bikes, for free, was awesome and appreciated. The unit had good beds and had bathroom upgrades but main TV was small, kitchen supplies were minimal and the vacuum was not good. Benchmark was good to work with and assisted when requested.

Overall a great stay. Fantastic location and clean. Overall property was older, but well maintained and looked after. The only negative was the gear rental company this unit partnered with was very bad. we rented three items from them (2 bikes and a stroller, but only got delivered the bikes). They apparently delivered the bikes to a different location than the stroller, but did not communicate this. The bikes and stroller themselves would be generously labeled as fair condition at best. Great stay Benchmark, bad gear partner.

We had a great trip. Condo was clean, service was responsive and polite and location was perfect to all areas of 30A. There was an issue with the beach early in the week but was storm related and not in control of Management.

Beachcrest stay

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was great, easy access to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very small but you could see that in the photos. The biggest disappointment was the lack of chairs/umbrellas set up by the beach service that were ‘free’ with the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest 406! It was nicely decorated and tidy. The view and the balcony were wonderful. It was very easy to go down the elevator and walk through to the boardwalk to get to the beach. The ladies at Garrett Realty were so helpful with all of my needs and really knew the units they manage well. I appreciated having them so close and being so responsive.

Beachcrest 406 was wonderful. A perfect fit for a family with two young children. Easy beach access, a small pool available, close to whatever you need but not crowded. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will deffinitley be coming back.
