A stay at Cassine Station puts you just 3 minutes to the beach access at One Seagrove Place walk right across 30A and you're there! On top of the easy beach access, you're within walking distance to all of Seagrove's best shopping and dining.

Cassine Station 302 features a queen bedroom plus a set of hallway bunks - making it perfect for a couple or small family. The bedroom has a private entrance to the full bathroom and there is an attached half bathroom as well. This beach retreat features everything you need to make your next vacation carefree and relaxing.

You'll love the balcony to relax with a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. You'll have your choice of 2 neighborhood pools when you're not at the beach. The community grounds of Cassine Gardens and Cassine Village have incredible shaded walking trails to meander.

Beach Access:
From the front of the building at Robert Ellis St, head across 30A to Seagrove Place. Take this until it ends at your beach access, One Seagrove Place.

Cassine Station:
Cassine Station is a beautiful complex in Seagrove Beach and is directly across from a public beach access leading to the beautiful beaches of South Walton. The building has an elevator (no need to carry luggage up stairs) and great Gulf views from its “martini” observation tower. Community amenities include 2 pools (1 directly across from the condo), 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, and nature trails. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni’s Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the building. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Seagrove!

The location was as advertised. Great beach access, nice mix of retail and restaurants. The kids really liked having the 30A Trading company right next door.

Small but convenient!

Great location. Unit was clean and well equipped. I’d recommend for a couple or a couple with young children - bunks in hallway are not suitable for older/larger people.

Our favorite location and neighborhood!

We have stayed in Cassine Station and Cassine Village for many years because the location can’t be beat and the condos and homes are so well taken care of. Our only snag this year was that the tennis courts remained locked and your rental property did not provide us with the code. You should either provide the code or make sure the gate is unlocked for our use daily.

Sparkling clean and convenient to beach and restaurants

This was my first time in the area and my first time trying a vacation rental. I was particularly concerned with the cleanliness of the condo as 2 of my family members are +65 and we came prepared with alcohol wipes/ spray and Clorox. I was pleasantly surprised with a sparkling clean condo upon arrival. I could smell how clean it was (sanitizing alcohol clean) So that gave us the peace of mind needed. The condo was great, right across the beach with all kinds of food within walking distance. Overall, we were very happy with benchmark mgmt, easy check-in/check out. I am definitely renting from them again.

Cute and clean

Exactly what we were looking for! Exceptionally clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Bike rentals right next door. (Def visit Henrietta’s sweets and coffee a few blocks away, it’s a hidden gem.) We will definitely stay here again.

Clean as a whistle, great location, 100 yards to the beach, nicely furnished, easy check-in, wifi, two large flat panel TVs, nice balcony with view of 30A and part of the ocean. We'll be back for sure.
