This charming coastal home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out on 2 stories, providing ample space for your family and friends to enjoy a beach getaway like no other. From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the fantastic views of the emerald waters and the soft, sugar-white sand beach right at your doorstep.

The large patio is the perfect spot to savor the coastal breeze and soak in the breathtaking vistas. Inside, the open floor plan creates a seamless flow as the kitchen opens up to the spacious living area, bathed in natural light from the expansive patio windows. Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed. Shared hallway bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, trundle.

Panama City Beach:
You’re about 10 minutes from Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options and 10 minutes to Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. You get to experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
