Small but cute; great location!

Size of the condo was smaller but worked well for our little family of four with our two small children. I would not recommend for more than 4 people. Communication from Benchmark Mgmt was good but when I needed to reach out to them with question and help, I didn’t get a response for over 24 hours until I called them again. It was spring break so I’m sure they were busy.

Great 3 week stay

It was in a great location on Santa Rosa Beach. We were close to two pools, pickle ball, bean bags, restaurants, very close to the beach and lots of places to walk and ride bikes. I would defintely recommend this location. The property description was very accurate and the property was very clean.

Across the street from the beach with restaurants nearby, this is a great place to unwind. Every day we were on the beach, sometimes twice in one day. Even though the building had many occupants, it was quiet and restful. Clean, pristine linens, and comfortable beds made it a great stay. We had a small issue with getting necessary codes for the amenities.

Cute condo, plenty of room!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo for our annual girls trip. There was plenty of room for us! Easy walk to the beach and plenty of good restaurants near by within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. The cons was equipped with everything we needed. The location is super. You could stay there without a car. There are eating places and shops to meet all your needs. I love the close walk to the beach. The management staff is very responsive. My grandkids loved the pool just behind our condo. The condo was in excellent condition. A great place to stay!
