Spend your next vacation in the heart of Seagrove Beach on Scenic 30A. Emerald Hill 36 is a spacious and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome that is convenient to the beach, community pool, dining, and shopping.

The ground floor with private garage entry leads upstairs to the open kitchen, gorgeous coastal design living room, spacious dining area and convenient half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, and features top of the line stainless steel appliances. Also on the second floor is the laundry room with full size, side-by-side washer and dryer. Beautiful tile floors compliment the tasteful decor, which includes a comfy sofa/sleeper. The 2nd floor balcony overlooks the pool and has a Gulf view. And the garage is perfect for storing bikes, and beach gear.

An open stairway leads to the third floor bedroom area. Both the master bedroom (1 king) and the guest bedroom (1 queen and 1 extra long twin) are spacious and have tons of closet space and storage. The master bath is completely updated with double vanities and a huge walk-in shower. The guest bath has a full shower and tub combo…perfect for the little ones’ bath time. A bonus is the wonderful view of the Gulf from the 3rd floor balcony.

With views overlooking the community pool and Gulf, you can delight in the relaxed vibe of the area. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms.

Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks as well.

This Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

There are lots of activities close by with popular Seaside just 1 ½ miles to the west and Rosemary Beach just a short drive to the east. Rent bikes and ride the paved bike path that runs in front of your property all along Scenic 30A, or rent kayaks or paddle boards and float on nearby Eastern Lake or out on the Gulf, if you prefer. There’s golfing, fishing, sightseeing and just about any fun beach activity you can imagine within the 30A community.

Wonderful condo!

We stayed here for our family vacation. The condo is wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The access to the beach and pool were perfect. And we loved having a garage to park our car and store the boogie boards. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends and stay here in the future.

Best Florida vacation spot

We go to florida every summer and this was our favorite condo and location. I highly recommend it. Family of 4 fits perfectly but can have 6 people.

We loved this beautiful condo! I could totally live in Emerald Hill 36!! It was absolutely perfect. This was the first time we have used Benchmark & could not have been happier. Great place!

We loved our week at Emerald Hill. People were friendly and the unit was perfect for our family (two adults and three kids). Location was super convenient - bike and paddle board rentals just across the street. Could walk to the Donut Hut - a must try - and Tom Thumb gas station for other necessities. The until is beautifully decorated - light and airy! And it looks out into the pool which we liked. The private beach is a little small and gets quite crowded but we walked down the beach a little bit and it was fine. Unit was well equipped and everything was in good working order. We loved it!

Great Beach

We really enjoyed or unit in Emerald Hill and the views it provided. The beach walks are simply the best. The only issues we had were the amount of travel time to any serious shopping. Traffic was bad but usually during the day only.

Emerald Hills 36 is a lovely condo that is nicely decorated and very clean. The furniture is nice. The kitchen is pretty with relatively new appliances. This unit is on the very busy main street. It is not back in the complex. I would imagine it would be difficult for parents with small kids to deal with beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc and not worry about their kids darting into traffic. (You have to walk behind the cars that are parked at the other two units putting you quite close to the street.)The second bedroom is on the street side and is noisy. There is one full flight of stairs that lead to the main level and then another full flight up to the bedrooms. Be sure to bring garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is provided along with one small roll of paper towels, and 3 garbage bags. There didn't seem to be anyone who looked after the pool area. A guy came to clean the pool one day and I saw him come another day and test the water but no one ever straightened up the chairs, took care of the umbrellas, or wiped the tables off. This is the only place we have ever stayed that someone didn't come in the evening and straighten up. There is grass growing between some of the pavers. A broken toy pail sat by the trash can the entire week. For those who take wagons there are many steps that lead down to the beach which seems to be the norm for this area. We had a nice week in Seagrove and at Emerald Hills but we were a bit disappointed. Because of the high price we paid for the condo the location of the unit was not the greatest and it seems a little more attention should have been given to the pool and enough basic necessities provided to last the entire week.
