Had a wonderful week and lovely accommodations at Even Keel. Special shoutout to the abundance of outdoor seating options (4 porches!), nice big primary suite (feels like you're sleeping in the trees!), and the proximity to the beach and Goatfeathers. Would 100% recommend to any traveler!

We called Even Keel home for 2 weeks over the holidays. The location is great; very spacious and clean. Well stocked; enough kitchenware to cook Christmas dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. We could hear the Gulf waves from the front porches. It was too cool to use the pools but they looked lovely. Wi Fi worked great. Management company was easy to work with, responsive, codes for check in were provided timely and check in was easy. Really liked the area -- not as touristy as Destin, but still close enough to Destin for dining and shopping.

Our family LOVES Even Keel!

This was our second visit to Even Keel. The house itself is beautiful and spacious - our family of five had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and most importantly, ice cream! My kids especially enjoyed the neighborhood pool. We'll be back!

Spacious and quiet home

Rented the house for a week and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a short walk (or drive, if you have a lot of gear) from the beach. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Very comfortable beach condo minutes from a beautiful beach

Even Keel was the perfect location for our beach vacation with family and friends. With several young children in our party, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rental as well as the two pools within walking distance of the property. We didn't mind being minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the country either. Checking in and out of the rental was seamless with the key code entry system, and the house was very clean. We definitely plan to return!

We absolutely loved Even Keel. It was perfect for our family. I would recommend a bike or golf cart rental to get to the beach, but the entrance is still easily accessible and close by! About half a mile! It was such a cute house and neighborhood. Lots of kids at the neighborhood pools! Would definitely recommend. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Beautiful beach house in Santa Rosa

My husband, 2.5 yr old, and I stayed here for five nights and have a wonderful experience. The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Each room has its own balcony and we enjoyed breakfast and yoga on the patios. The house is located less than a mile walk from some great restaurants and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend Even Keel for anyone looking for peace, quiet, and respite from a busy lifestyle.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at Even Keel! The house itself is in a great location in Old Florida Village easily walkable to the beach. It is spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a full kitchen & living room. Each bedroom has its own private balcony for morning coffee which we very much enjoyed. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Can't say enough great things about our experience and we will definitely be back!
