Beautifully appointed home in an ideal location

Size of the home was ideal for my wife and I and our 2 friends but could easily fit another couple in the 3rd bedroom and 4 kids in the double bunk room. Interior is modern and inviting. Nice pool and spacious back patio with outdoor tub, shower, and firepit. Backs up to Chiringo's but noise was not an issue. One block from the beach. I'd stay here again.

We loved the house and didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect. Very close to the beach, western lake, and next door to Chiringos. There is a door alarm on the back door that only an adult can reach and it goes off if a child opens the door, we really appreciated that feature. The tram stops very close to the house. My kids had fun riding it to the shops and back. I would definitely stay again.

We are a group of 6 friends who have been traveling together taking an annual trip for 30 years. We are all educators so since we have retired we have been able to take spring and fall trips. We have driven to Grayton Beach several times and had talked about how we would love to rent one of their charming little houses. Well we made it happen this year!! It was PERFECT! It was everything we imagined and more. We especially enjoyed the private pool area and the other accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed that we were in walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Red Bar and to other shops and restaurants. We will be back and it just might be next year!!!
