Looking to get away from it all, while being in the middle of it? Need a place that feels like home for kids, grandparents, couples, teenagers and doggies, too? Experience Leo’s Hideaway, a dog-friendly beach retreat in Laguna Beach, FL (Panama City Beach) with a PRIVATE pool (with option to heat), SCREENED porch and large, FENCED yard, with gulf and lake views.
 
This is truly a family retreat where you can be steps from the action, but also feel completely insulated with your own travel group. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage is very private. Leo’s Hideaway is tucked away at the end of a long palm tree-lined driveway. Relax on the large screened-in porch overlooking your private pool, fenced back yard and Lake Pierna. Listen to the waves as you have coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. There are also Gulf views from the porch!

Once inside the property, everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It’s easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips in this open floor plan. Choose between a king bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, or a cool hidden bunk room in the hallway with a set of twin-over-twin bunks! There is an additional full bathroom accessible to the other bedrooms.

Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, FL in Laguna Beach, this beach cottage is proof that location means everything! 0.1 mile to the GORGEOUS emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, 0.2 mile to Carousel Supermarket and 0.2 mile to Thomas’ Donuts!

The living area is equipped with comfortable loungers and sofa, along with a 55” Smart TV. The living area leads out to the screened-in porch, which has more comfortable furniture and a dining table for four. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is completely open to the living area, has an island with 4 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.  

Leo’s Hideaway is also just 3.8 miles to Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, 4 miles to Publix or Winn-Dixie, and 7 miles to Rosemary Beach, FL. You can experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a FRACTION of the cost of staying in Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside. Plus, you can retreat to your quiet oasis after you have had your fill of the crowds. Enjoy 8 beach towels, 4 backpack beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, along with lots of privacy, making Leo's Hideaway your PERFECT vacation experience! Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
Bedroom 1: King bed, 43" Smart TV. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 50" Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, 32" Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: Built-in twin-over-twin bunks.
Bedrooms 2-4 share hallway bathroom with shower.

* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please see our rental policies for further details.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Simply put - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walk to the beach, walk to the grocery complex, no neighbors anywhere near the backyard. The House and yard are perfect for families young and old. And the fenced yard really made it safe for kids and pets!

Our Family has loved beach trips in the Laguna Beach area each year, Most years 2 times a year!. Staying in this immediate area over 15 years. Renting same 2 houses year after year just blocks away, but this year chose to stay at Leo's Hideaway, first time. The house was very nice for 6 adults, 2 dogs and 2 grandchildren. Leo’s vacation retreat

Great location, newer pool, dog friendly and the right amount of space for us. Stayed for 3 weeks this spring as we did last year. Had a couple mechanical issues, no fault to management but they were quickly resolved. Cleaning could have been slightly better but we always do a once over when we arrive.
