Perfect for a small family or a couple's romantic getaway, Mistral 15 is a 1-bedroom condo with hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa. Its cool blue palette is relaxing and modern. The main open living area is a great place to gather to watch TV or the Gulf! At the front of the unit, a king bedroom includes a TV and quick access to the hallway full bathroom. Walk right out the back of the building to have your feet in the sand in just seconds.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

30A:
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald waters indigenous to the area. Great location, poor couch and screen door

Great location steps from the beach. Is dated, but serves its purpose. The couch is terrible to sit on, and the sliding(if you could call it that) door made brought the whole experience down.

Beautiful Beach view

This 2nd floor walk up rental had everything we needed except our groceries & clothing. The balcony overlooks the Gulf with a white sandy private beach area. There are quite a few steps down to the beach but there are handrails & landings for those who need a rest spot. The king bed is comfy & we slept well. Plenty of linens. There are basic kitchen supplies so take your own spices, etc. but there were dishwasher & laundry pods available. Our favorite part - morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the surf.

Excellent Accomodations

Pictures match actual experience. 2 miles from shops and restaurants was a perfect daily walk. Easy to and from beach. Air Conditioner worked well. Cable TV allowed me to watch March Madness! Shower was nice and large too!
