The location is amazing! The rental isn’t bad, but needs updating. It gives a an old, nasty feel. Rugs are old, sinks smell. A good vinegar and baking soda cleanse would help. New mattresses and updated kitchen would seal the deal. . Benchmark was very helpful and very responsive.

Complex allowed boom boxes on elevators blaring music and same at pool. If you are looking for a spot to relax this complex is not the place. Probably my fault I should have stayed in another city. The unit wasn't bad, but not in great shape either. Ended up putting down towels on sofa to sit on sofa. Outdoor sofa was ripped apart and microwave oven handle was broken and scary to try and open without it coming off in my hand. Front door definitely looked rough like maybe someone had kicked it in at some point.

The room was nice but when you have to pay an extra $29 per person to be able to access the condo pool parking and beach that is ridiculous

Condo location and views were awesome

Everything was great as in location, views and the condo had everything we needed. The only things was that the condo wasn’t clean (bathroom tubs and top bunk bed was not made neatly and covers were dirty)
