Mistral 1 - Bare Feet Retreat

Overall this was a great location and comfortable unit. The only drawback was being on the first floor and a walkway that went right past our bedroom window and also our living area patio doors. The view was also somewhat obstructed. That being said, there were the advantages of not having to walk up several stairs!

Great View, Location, but has lost some charm

It was really great, but increasingly feels like coming to NW Florida is like a transaction. It has lost its charm. Not much to welcome us back(we've stayed here several times over years) Very sparse on certain, needed kitchen items, (some things like can opener missing etc.) Also condo could use some upgrades — with a little TLC for both guests and unit this would be a GREAT place to stay, but alas for the $$$$ cost we will probably find other beaches, places to stay next year.

Perfect little beachfront condo

We had a great time staying at the mistral #1. It was exceptionally clean and provided us with everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we ventured to Rosemary beach and seaside which we were situated right between. The fact that we could get to the beach so easily from the condos porch we a huge plus for us with a two year old. I would absolutely stay here again!
