Worked For Us For A Last Minute Stay—Needs Work!

The location was great and made up for all the other things that weren’t. We didn’t have wifi the entire time and “they were still working on it” at the end of our stay. We needed to get some work done while we were there and had to use our phones as hotspots instead which had very spotty reception in that area. That also meant that we couldn’t watch any streaming services on the TVs. The back sliding door does not lock and you have to use a wooden stick to jam in the door at night. The bathroom needs a major update and deep clean. It worked for us in a pinch but it wasn’t a place I would recommend to others. I enjoyed the location and would probably seek another unit in that complex instead.

Beautiful gulf front view from our balcony.
The condo was clean and has that beach house feel. The kitchen countertops were white and stained very easily leaving a glass and coffee cup ring everywhere. They must bleach them to keep clean because we could not clean up with a sponge and soap.
We would have like the option of movies on demand on the TV.

Loved our stay here. Perfect view. Private beach & complementary chairs were lovely. Older structure but updated & all new appliances. Problems with keypad but locksmith changed quickly. Overall perfect stay!

Great location for a Condo that needs updating

The location on Seacrest beach was beautiful! But here is my list of Pros and Cons:
Pros:
The location in proximity to the beach was amazing!
The condo was clean and had a strong smell of bleach on arrival.
The bed was comfortable.
The Living Room area was comfortable with lots of places to sit and relax
The Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, silverware etc.
Lots of bath towels!
Cons:
The metal framed bed was squeaky.
The floor of the bedroom closet was full of extra decorative items so there was almost no room for shoes or storage of suitcases.
The WiFi signal was moderate in living area and multiple devices we had we would have to go to bedroom to to re-establish WiFi connection. Plus Internet was slow some of the time.
Also be aware that if you have Verizon cellular service, there was no signal inside condo. Had to go out on porch or front door to get signal. This is not fault of condo owner. Even restaurant in Seaside had no Verizon signal inside.
Only a drip coffee maker and very tiny old toaster in the kitchen.
Bring your own kitchen and bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, tissue paper and paper towels. We’ve never stayed anywhere around the world where these supplies were so “skimpy”
Also bring all of your own food prep items, even salt and pepper. There was none of these items in the condo.
Cleaning staff showed up at 8:45 to clean the day of our departure.

Great location, perfect size for a couple

The condo was very clean, small but perfect for two adults. Location is great, lots of up and down to the beach, buts that’s about everywhere on 30A. No concerns with the unit itself whatsoever. We did have some confusion on the entry code, as we were sent one to use IF we arrived early. We did not arrive early, yet the original code did not function as it should have. That could have been done differently I think.
We were a little discouraged to learn the “complimentary chairs and table” actually did not include the table, and meant first come first serve. So, 630 or 7 am found us trekking down the stairs to “claim” chairs with our towels. A little confusion also where the tv is concerned. A Roku remote implied to us Netflix and Hulu possibly were available, but we just could not make it happen. Maybe a note with instructions? Finally, we had maintenance guys on our patio doing work for several hours on one afternoon. It would have been nice to know in advance if our patio would be unavailable to us at any time during our stay. Overall tho— the place was very nice. Updated, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and a great view.
