Beautiful view and good location. Beach service was a nice perk . Having chairs and umbrella set up each morning. Condo was nice and clean. Decor lacking. Some minor maintenance needs to be addressed.
Overall good place to stay.

Spring Break 2024 on the beach

Imagine going to bed and waking up to waves rolling onto a beach. That’s exactly what I experienced when my group stayed at Monterey B301 along 30A in Florida. Our hosts provided everything we could have asked for. It was the view and access to the Gulf that made our stay spectacular. The sunset was awesome and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from our deck. Three huge ensuite bedrooms provided plenty of room for us. The host also sent us information about all of the towns along 30A as well as places to eat.

Tub/shower in one bedroom over flowed
Besides a tornado, we had a wonderful vacation, beautiful views, beautiful beach, quiet, close to stores. Loved it!

November Birthday Stay

Great stay! Only complaint is that the door to the balcony was terrible- would not open easily and by the end of the stay we couldn’t turn knob at all. Staff is very communicative when we had an issue with the door code- great customer service. Loved the private beach!
