We had a great time at Tranquility 220! The condo was so nice! Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating. And we just loved the location. We bicycled to Rosemary. Close to the Publix on 98 and the Donut Hole. The only thing we noticed is that some of the plugs (lamps)didn’t work in the bedrooms. Found one that did behind the furniture so we could plug in a cpap machine. All in all it was terrific and we will book again in the future!! Plus I have already recommended to friends!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving week for our family. The unit was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. It was extremely clean. Wonderful views and easy beach access. Will definitely return.

Nice anniversary trip

Beautiful location and weather when we went at end of October. . Quiet with no crowded beaches. Nice restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and fairly stocked. I’d recommend hair dryer available for guests. Neighbor upstairs was loud with hard heeled shoes at 745 one morning but otherwise was quiet. Would definitely return. Benchmark was excellent in communication.

We loved this condo! It's spacious, clean and was perfect for our girls' trip. And the view, OMG the view. We were also happy that there were no maintenance issues during our stay. I highly recommend!
