The condo was exactly as we expected. I would say a deep cleaning is needed, but it was clean upon arrival. We had issues with the additional parking, but gave up on trying to resolve. By the time it was figured out, we were leaving. We also had construction happening directly in front of our condo at 8am on a Saturday morning. They eventually moved to the side. None of this made our stay horrible, but why I only gave a 4 out of 5.

Stunning Views in a Well Appointed Condo

Pros:
+Beautiful oceanfront views
+Condo unit was clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and spacious
+Beach wasn't overly crowded
Cons:
-On-site pool needed some attention. I had to clean it myself each day because there were so many bugs in it.
-The front bedroom remained 5 degrees cooler than the rest of the unit.
-Operating the stove top wasn't intuitive and it stopped working altogether one evening during our stay.
-Tons of stairs down to the beach made taking our beach wagon challenging.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again in the future.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The location is great and the place is very quiet. The only snag we ran into was the listing says additional parking across the street, not that you can only have one car park across the street, so with three couples staying, we had to figure out parking for the week. Just to keep in mind if you are traveling with more than two cars. Other than that everything was great, clean, and the management company checked in and responded quickly.
