June Family Beach Vacation

We loved our stay here. Nice accommodations for the six of us. Short bike ride to the beach and into Seaside. The only thing is that we wished this house furnished a BBQ grill. It would have made our stay more enjoyable if we had been able to grill out.

Disappointed with management

This was a second stay at the Bungalows. The first was with a different management company and was so perfect we decided on another visit which will be our last with Benchmark. The necessities for the stay were at a very minimal, even the toilet paper was very sparse. We had lots of bed pillows but no pillowcases to put on them. The kitchen sink had no hot water so when we used the dishwasher, the dishes were still dirty. I called the office and informed them but asked that they deal with it after our stay. The air intakes were covered with dust that could easily be cleaned. I was disappointed overall but believe it is the management and not the property itself.

Quiet location and the beach is a short 7 minute walk

Stayed at this lovely bungalow for 2-months during the snowbird season and had a wonderful time hanging out at this property. The rental agency was great to work with and were prompt to respond to a couple of requests during our stay. Liked it so much we have booked it again for the next snowbird season.

Really nice cottage, shared pool, well appointed. Everything promised was delivered. It’s hard for these companies to keep homes and cottages stocked to the gills b/c renters are hard on rentals. This place was clean, and had everything you “need” and was close to the beach. And our dog loved her first visit to 30a!

We have been coming every winter and this stay was amazing as all the others. The Beach Bungalow was clean and decorated very nice. We love this location. Great bike ride to many places along 30A.
