This is a terrific clean & spacious condo in a great area of Seagrove Beach. We walked Nextdoor the first morning for a delicious breakfast at Perfect Pig before our time at the beach. The dedicated beach was a large private area in Majestica, which is across 30A from the condo. We rented chairs there. I think the rate was $57 per day for two chairs & an umbrella. It’s also possible to set up your own chairs & umbrella there. We also loved the large heated pool & went on a couple of bike rides on the bike path across the street. Would highly recommend this condo!

We have stayed at the Villas at Seagrove several times in different units. We love this property. The location is great, with easy beach access right across 30A, less than 5 minute walk. We also love the pool, always clean!!

The only problems we encountered this trip were problems with the pedestrian gate code. We had to jump the fence at one point. Also, none of the TV’s worked. Super frustrating and maintenance was not able to fix the problem. Also, they don’t provide enough bathroom towels, in my opinion.

We had such a great time. Always a surprise renting somewhere, especially beach property. This place was clean, well maintained, spacious layout, convenient to activities, safe, and less traffic on this end of the beach. The beach access is less than a 3 minute walk. Would recommend this place and location to anyone.
