The Grayt Life is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in the gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This home is the closest to the beach access walkway and just east of 1 of the community's 2 pools. This house is perfect for large families and multiple families. The 3 floors offer living space for kids and adults to be together, but also allow plenty of room for the kids to have their own space - both inside and out.

When you walk in you're greeted by a comfortable entertaining/living area (1 of 2 in the home), not to mention the expansive front porch with plenty of seating. Also on the 1st floor are 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Right off of the living area, you will find a screened-in porch that leads you to an outside entrance - great for entering the house after a day at the beach. Next to the porch is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun beach day.

On the 2nd Floor is the large main living area that opens to the beautiful chef's kitchen with center island. Enjoy even more outdoor living space with a large balcony, seating, and a gas grill. There is a convenient half bath right off the kitchen. There's more than enough seating for everyone to hang out together and watch a movie. Also on the 2nd floor is the master retreat with a private bath that's a true spa experience!

On the 3rd floor, the Crow's Nest, you can enjoy soaring views of the tree-lined area. A great spot to catch one of 30A's famous sunsets and a peek of the Gulf.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Smart TV. Private bathroom with shower.
1st Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV.
1st Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Smart TV and porch access. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 1.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, Smart TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with dual sinks, soaker tub, and oversized walk-in shower.
3rd Floor, Crow's Nest: 3 twin beds + 3 twin trundles, Smart TV and balcony access.

Beach Access:
Exit the neighborhood and cross 30A. To the west of Sanctuary by The Sea complex you'll find your gated walkway to the beach. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

Preserve at Grayton Beach:
The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive and gated community right on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities and inclusions. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you’ll find yourself surrounded by one-of-a-kind beauty that is unsurpassed in every sense. Enjoy 2 community pools (1 heated seasonally) and tennis courts. The location puts you within walking or biking distance from all the area's popular spots. From ice cream to shopping, you'll find it in the Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach areas.

Grayton Beach was named #1 Beach in the Annual Top 10 Beach List produced by coastal expert Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman or Dr. Beach, professor at Florida International University. The sand in Grayton Beach is unique, some compare it to sugar, it's extremely soft and bright white.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Grayt Getaway in Florida

This home is part of a gated community along the 30A. The location, right inside the east gate, is just steps from one of the community pools and is the closest home to the the boardwalk leading to the beach. Our group of 10 had ample room. There are great outdoor seating areas on every level, and the main living room/kitchen area is excellent for group gatherings. The outdoor shower was nice to come home to after a day at the beach/pool. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, so make sure you plan and pack accordingly when you head down to the water. The neighborhood is very pretty and walkable - the west end pool and tennis courts complex are just a 5-7 minute walk from this home. We had a couple of issues that maintenance addressed very quickly after we contacted them. We've traveled to the gulf beaches a handful of times in recent years, and this was probably the most beautiful section of beach we've seen (fortunately, the weather was ideal when we were there). Would definitely stay at this location again.

Beyond Our Expectations

The Grayt Life was a fantastic rental property that exceeded our expectations. A great option for two families to share with plenty of room to accomodate kids and teens. Was able to easily walk or bike to 5+ coffee shops. We loved the location. Getting to the beach was simple and a beautiful walk. The pools were a nice feature (one was heated in March which was perfect). We had a little difficulty getting updated codes for the gates (entrances and pools), but that was our only complaint with this booking. The outside space was another great feature of this home. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect Location, Perfect House, Perfect Get Away

The house was very clean, spacious and close to: Seaside, Grayton, Blue Mountain..
Private beach was a close walk; didn't need to drive or ride bikes. Neighborhood wasn't crowded like Seaside. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking equipment essentials, ice maker was a huge plus, outdoor grill was great. House had beach towels, beach toys. There was a balcony on every floor. Outdoor shower was great to rinse off sand. We will be back!
