Welcome to Serenity, your upscale home at The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach. This 3rd-floor, 3-bedroom condo sleeps up to 9 and is conveniently located right off Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy the perfect location to explore beaches as well as restaurants and shops – just downstairs!

Serenity (314D), is a warm, open-concept condo, designed as a welcoming haven for family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern grey cabinets, sleek quartz countertops and a large fridge for all your treats and beverages. The chef in your group will have all the necessary cookware to whip up a feast for the group.

Enjoy relaxing together in the contemporary living area. The dining area has seating for 6, with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. Enjoy a drink on the covered balcony with seating for 4, overlooking the Village and providing a great vantage point to enjoy live music and the beautiful views of 30A.

Off the living area is a spacious master suite with a sitting area and balcony access. Down the hall are the other 2 bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a bunkroom the kids are sure to love.
Enjoy the close proximity to a wide range of restaurants and quaint boutiques. If you are looking for the perfect getaway, this is it!

The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach, and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Have your pick of first-class dining options, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and picnic friendly green spaces. Hop in the car to head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach to the east, or make your way west to famous Seaside. Village of South Walton is the perfect location for your beach getaway to create memories that will last a lifetime.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
