Valentine’s Day in South Walton!

Okay, so Valentine’s Day snuck up on you again. You know it does come around the same time every year! Do not worry about the lack of plans and reservations. Here are some of my tried and true romantic hot spots that only South Walton can provide.

Your evening should begin at the Gathering Spot. A hip restaurant/bar located right next to the lobby at WaterColor Inn & Resort. It will seem as if you went to great lengths to find this South Walton secret hot spot. It’s the perfect place to begin the evening with amazing cocktails (I recommend the Cucumber Martini) and sushi appetizers.

Then over to V’s Seagrove where reservations are not needed and a romantic dinner for two is just a table away. V offers a relaxed atmosphere indoors and out with a resort casual dress code. I suggest dining alfresco with a glass of Cabernet and the Steak Viridian. Follow dinner with a romantic walk on the beach and then off to dessert.

Whiskey Bravo is the perfect place to end an evening. The Rooftop lounge will give you a beautiful view of the Gulf while sitting at an intimate table or around the fire pit. I suggest their key lime cheese cake or drinking your dessert with one of their amazing martinis.
