In a world where Friday gets its own hashtag (TGIF) and Sunday has its own nickname (Sunday Fun-day), why does Monday get such a bad reputation? Words such as manic and blues tend to single out this day. Here in South Walton we celebrate every day, not because of its position in the week. We celebrate it because of the beauty it brings to us each and every day! Join the celebration with these favorite Monday happenings on 30A.

It  doesn’t matter what day it is. When the sky is blue and the sun is shining, the beach is calling your name! Whether you are vacationing or local, you must respond. After all, this is why we live here and this is why we vacation here. To get away from normal and enjoy life on the beautiful white sand beaches that South Walton provides. From Monday to Monday, don’t let a day pass without taking in this breathtaking gift.  

In South Walton Mondays are a time for families. The Hub invites the whole family to an outdoor movie every Monday night at 6:00pm. A showing under the stars with dinner, drinks, ice cream and shakes! The Hub is a great outdoor entertainment spot with live music, movies, Sunday Jazz Brunch and special festivities throughout the year. 

Rosemary Beach Summer Concert Series takes place every Monday through summer from 7-9pm. Bring a chair or blanket and let a night of great music take away the Monday blues! Each week a different performance and different genre of music will perform live under the stars.

Seaside REP Theatre presents “Pinocchio” every Monday night from May 22nd to August 14th at 6:30pm. Bring a chair or blanket, snacks and drinks. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show at Seaside REP’s outdoor theater. The cast of the Seaside REP Theatre will make your Monday full of magic and laughter!
