Great News for Garrett Realty Services and Benchmark Management Customers

Two leading vacation rental and real estate agencies merge to create one dynamic 30a experience. On September 25^th, Benchmark Management LLC announced a new addition to its rental management business along 30A, Garrett Realty Services. In the coming weeks both offices will combine strengths in one location, Seagrove Plaza.

When Benchmark Management was presented the opportunity to expand its business with one of the oldest, most established and successful property managers on 30A they did not think twice! Garrett Realty Services has over 30 years of experience and is known as an innovator in the industry. Garrett Realty Services rewards Benchmark Management with tremendous resources in terms of staffing, stable processes and marketing abilities. Combining 50 professionals with a wealth of experience will bring much benefit to both company’s customers.

Garrett Realty Services owners Marie Garrett and Julia Arthur built their business from the ground up. After 32 years of growing their business to be one of the best on 30A, it’s no wonder they wanted to hand pick the persons to take over now that they are retiring. Marie and Julia feel confident that the owners of Benchmark Management will work hard to continue to grow their business into the best vacation rental company in the area. 

Replacing owners of Garrett Realty will be Jeff Thompson who will act as President and Jon Miller who will act as Vice President. Both currently own Benchmark Management and have years of experience in the vacation rental and real estate business on 30A. Jon Miller currently owns Go to the Beach Real Estate and will head up Garrett’s Real Estate department under that name. Go to the Beach Real Estate was recently selected to become the exclusive broker in our area for Christie’s International. No doubt this type of success will bring great benefit to property owners. 

Benchmark Management is truly excited about the merge of the two companies. The integration will begin immediately so that both businesses can be managed efficiently.
