Neighborhood Spotlight: Seacrest Beach II

Situated between Alys Beach to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east, you can't be the location of Seacrest Beach II.  On top of the amenities offered in this neighborhood, we're sure it'll become one of your favorite 30A destinations.

Lagoon Pool

The show stopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool.  With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest.  Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.  If you're hungry you can always grab a snack at the Seacrest Beach Cafe.  It's not your typical pool cafe! They offer seafood baskets, burgers, sandwiches, and more.

Seasonal Tram Service

Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup.  The tram should arrive within 15 minutes.  It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Beach Access

What's a 30A vacation without a trip to the beach?  Hop on the tram and head across 30A to the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. For beach access, pool entry, and tram rides you'll need to be wearing special wristbands. Upon arriving at your rental, please give Seacrest Security a call at 850.830.1657.  They'll verify your ability to receive wristbands and parking pass and bring them to you.

Lush Green Lawns & Walking Trails

With lush green space surrounding the lagoon pool and over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails, there's plenty to do to stay active.  Play a game a Frisbee.  Grab a picnic.  Or enjoy the scenery of the community as you walk the trails.

The central location in Seacrest for shops and restaurants.  Enjoy boutique shops with the cutest souvenirs and casual dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And we can't forget to mention spots to grab a sweet treat or a cold beer.
