Guest Relations Agent
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and potential guests
• Answer incoming phone calls and shared company emails
• Handle guest issues and questions, including following-up until the issue is resolved
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, chat, and texts
Qualifications and Skills:
• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and effectively in ever-changing environments
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and “can-do” attitude
• Escapia & Vacation Rental experience preferred, but not required
