There were not enough kitchen wares in the kitchen to cook with, pans, large utinsils, etc. the bathroom had a leak and we were unable to use a light there. The place was sparse, meaning you could tell furniture had been taken out or older furniture put in.

We have passed those comments along to the property managers and owners to see what we can supply to better equip the kitchen for our guests here. For future reference, if the kitchen is ever missing any essential items, feel free to request that from us and we will try to deliver those to the unit if the owner approves. The leak is currently being managed by the HOA to be repaired from the unit above 118. We do hope we can welcome you back in the future to provide you with a better beach vacation.

Overall everything was great. Nothing like listening to the waves every night to put you to bed! Location is wonderful too, i.e. away from the crowds at Rosemary, but close enough to get to the HUB, Seaside, or anywhere you need to go. Beach is clean and just steps away from our back door. Hopefully we can book again next year!

We have stayed at Sand Cliffs several years in a row but this was a new unit to us. Our family grew through marriage so we needed a 3rd bedroom. We knew what to expect in our previous 2 BR unit at Sand Cliffs but I was nervous about this rental because of the reviews. I knew the property itself was awesome and we have had good experiences with Benchmark. The online reviews, however, were not as strong as I would have liked - commenting on the cleanliness of the unit, comfort of the beds and upgrades were needed, etc. We found the unit to be very satisfactory. We had a great week!

The overall experience was good. The location and property are fantastic.
However, the kitchen was not well equipped, and there weren't enough towels. Also, the DR chairs are in bad shape. A renter could be hurt if one of the damaged chairs break. The outdoor chairs are damaged as well. Over the past 6 yrs coming to SandCliff, this is the first negative experience with a unit we have had.

Valerie, we are so sorry to hear about your negative experience. Sand Cliffs is in a perfect location and the units are very nice.We provide enough bath towels in the unit that it sleeps. For example. this unit sleeps 8, therefore there should have been 8 bath towels. We apologize if this was not the case. Always call Benchmark at any time during your stay and our team is happy to assist with anything you need during vacation. We want to make sure it is perfect for you! Our maintenance team is exceptional and would come assist with any chairs that need tightening, etc. Thank you for your time, and we will make sure these issues are put at the top of our priority list to look at.We hope that you come back again, and your next experience is fantastic!

This condo has a great location. Some of the furnishings needs replacing, specifically the sofa and living room chairs. My family had to buy a frying pan because the one there was so encrusted. The sliding door needs cleaning as it is hard to see out of it. That being said we would rent this unit again.

This is our 2nd year stay in SandCliffs unit 118. We love this “hidden treasure”! It is a great location, private, amazing views & the best walkout to the ocean. We love the gated privacy & access to Allys Beach, Seacrest & Rosemary. Hope to stay again!

Sand cliffs 118 was in a great location and we loved that it wasn’t crowded at all- the pool, parking and beach. It was pretty quiet and just across the lawn and down steps to the sand. We easily ran back and forth to the condo from the beach thru the patio door which was so convenient. The condo itself could use some freshening up- the rugs, bed comforters and pillows specifically. The master bed wasn’t comfortable and the window in the master was very dirty making it hard to see the ocean. There was also some water damage around the light fixture above the bath tub that concerned me. There were only 5 was cloths in the place which was a little skimpy. Overall there was a damp musty smell

We loved our stay. The unit was spotless and well maintained. The location of the property is beautiful. However, the master bedroom bed needs a new mattress. The current one is lopsided, old, and very uncomfortable. That needs to be handled immediately as we had to change rooms to get a good night’s sleep.
