Your Space
The bright and inviting living area features comfortable seating and large glass doors that showcase beautiful Gulf views while providing direct access to the balcony. It's a welcoming place to gather for conversation, spend time with family, or unwind after a day exploring the coast.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, and everything needed to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The dining table seats six guests, while four additional seats at the kitchen counter provide plenty of room for casual meals and morning coffee.

One of the condo's highlights is its oversized Gulf-front balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and overlooking the beautiful shoreline. * Complimentary Beach Service: One beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is included from Mar. 1 through Sept. 30.
* Additional beach chairs are available to rent through Spyglass Rentals.
* Parking for 2 vehicles: One in front of the garage and one in a designated guest parking space.
* Golf carts are not permitted within the Sugar Dunes community.
* No pets allowed.
* Community quiet hours begin at 10:30 p.m.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
