Enjoy sandy white beaches just steps away for you to enjoy! This 3rd floor unit has the largest floor plan offered at Beachside Villas with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also includes a king bed. The third guest room includes a queen and twin with trundle. Each of the bedrooms includes a TV.

The updated kitchen is well-stocked and opens to the calming neutral palette of the living and dining area. The large balcony is roomy enough for everyone and is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and Gulf breezes while you sip your morning coffee.

If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from March – October (please call us for specific dates).

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We've been staying within the Beachside Villas complex for over 10 years now. It is a quite area but still in the middle of all 30A has to offer. We love the proximity of the area which is within walking distance to the beach and Eastern Lake access. That's what brings us back to BSV year after year. However, Unit 132 is in desperate need of new mattresses all around and only 1 out of the 4 TV's in the unit is a Smart TV. The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen with a large refrigerator which was a plus.

Good Place To Stay on 30A

We love the 30A area and have stayed at Beachside Villas for several years now. The condos are clean and well-kept and the staff at Benchmark Mgt, without exception, have always been courteous and helpful, and go above and beyond to help you solve any issues, or just answer any questions you may have. The location of the property is convenient to pretty much everything - unfortunately, new construction adjacent to the condos has obstructed the once clear and beautiful views of the ocean.

Great Condo!

We loved this unit! It was roomy and clean. Easy access to the beach and had a well stocked kitchen. This is our 2nd year at Seagrove Beachside Villas and I would choose this unit again.

We had a great week’s stay in unit 132. It was an easy walk to the beach, easy to park and close to everything we needed. The condo had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. Seagrove Beach is a great area and we will definitely be returning.

Great condo

This condo was just as pictured online. It was roomy and comfortable. It was great having the 2.5 bathrooms and an open floor plan. The walk to the beach was great and there was plenty of parking. We were close to so many other stores and restaurants. Having the keypad on the door was really helpful also. We really enjoyed our stay and love the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Wonderful spacious condo!

Wonderful spacious condo! We had a beautiful weekend and one day the water was the most perfect I have ever seen. We had to leave early due to Irma coming but still had a great 3 night stay!
