The only snow you'll be seeing over winter is the snow white sand of our beautiful beaches.

Excellent location and well organized. Its hard to see in the photo's but the place is small but very comfortable. Although it houses 4 I would only use it for 2 - that worked well for us. Good kitchen very usable. Some instructions on using the high end Bosch appliances would be helpful. The bedroom is comfortable albeit a tight fit with the King bed. The doors are un-painted and scrape on the floor, but its not really a big issue. The wallpaper is a little off putting to me and we kept saying paining it all wuhite would make for an awesome ambiance. On e of the linen's has a dirt mark which was a little off-putting. Having said all that its location is fantastic. I was wary of a ground floor with no sea views but in reality its just great walking out on the lawn and to the pool and beach. Super easy to carry beach chairs. I highly recommend you bring your own. The complex was pretty empty when we went so not sure how it will look over peak season may much more noise and activity. For us it was perfect.

A safe retreat

I loved this place and felt at home immediately. The bedroom was roomy for one person with too many suitcases. The bunk beds were cozy and soft - hosting 4 different women in their 30’s and 40’s. I enjoyed the back porch when I had visitors - a place to eat a quick lunch. The setting could not have been better - a short walk to comfy chairs overlooking the sand and sea. And..., the kitchen - just upgraded was fantastic. All in all, I give my 55 days a strong A.

Unit was really small for the price. Bathroom was tiny. Mattress on bed had caved in. Had to flip it

Sand Cliffs vacation 107

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Sand Cliffs condo. It was a nice clean little unit, just fine for two people. The condo complex was very clean and the pool and beach area were beautiful! This was the first time Benchmark had this particular condo available through their company. There are a few items could use improvement to improve use of this unit as a rental: the towel racks in the bathroom and on the bedroom door were really flimsy and fell apart easily. The screen door to the patio did not work well, falling off the track frequently. The water faucet for the shower was hard to regulate the hot water and for cleanliness. For cleanliness, you should really have a mattress cover on the bed, not just sheets.
