Fabulous location

I would stay at this property again. I do not feel that the description of the layout of the property detailed all of the steps, including a third floor bedroom. The property was clean besides a stain on a mattress cover that we washed and it came clean along with a stain on a pillow that appeared to be fresh. There was construction going on next door that was a little loud at times. The beach access was perfect, the views amazing. I would recommend this property and Benchmark Management.

Dune Villas Thumbs Up!

Me and my girlfriend spent all week here and everything was just right for the two of us and steps to the pool and beach. Everything was decorated nicely and clean. The staff was super nice and helped with a couple small questions we had as well. Location was ideal and within short drives to get mostly anything we needed too.
The shower knob is functional but needs to be replaced soon and one of the foam foot stools was leaking foam balls.
Other than those small things everything was great and we’d be back and tell our friends about Dune Villas 6A.

We love Seagrove Beach

The sofa coach was fine for two small children but definitely could not be used for adults. A cushions had some heavy stains. One of the poofs in the unit was torn and little white foam beads kept showing up. Finally realized where they were coming from.

Perfect Getaway!

Dean villas was clean, cute, and convenient! It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and having a view of the ocean and the boardwalk a few feet away was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! We walked to Seaside for lunch and back. It’s only a mile and a half to seaside from Dune Villas.
