The view & unit are nice; however, the sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open & close. Also, the unit is on the 3rd floor w/o having an elevator. We would not rent this unit again. Sorry!

Great location but poor amenities and management

While there are some positives to note about the unit: Location, reasonable prices for late September and a nice layout.

Be prepared for the following:
If you like not having internet, cable and wifi, then this is your place. There is no recourse for the missing internet/cable either. The cable company doesn't work weekends and they could not get to unit until the Monday after we left. So we couldn't work as expected or watch any cable TV for the full week we visited. We were provided access to another Wifi account but the connection was spotty at best.

If you like barely being able to open the patio door, this is your place.
If you enjoy a bedroom fan on high all the time because there is not a cord to adjust the speed, this is your place.
If you like a management company that doesn’t return phone calls with resolutions, this is your place.
If you like what you see in the pictures but when you arrive it is different, this is your place.
If you enjoy bending over to a bathroom sink only two feet off the ground, this is your place.

Don't plan to stay here again

Haven't stayed here in a few years. Place needs updated. Certainly not worth the $$ we paid for 4 nights. Plan to look for another place to make reservations and look at the contract closer.

Second Time We Stayed Here

This is the second fall break that we have stayed and we thoroughly enjoyed it yet again. They replaced the sofa, and both turn indoor and outdoor chairs since we stayed and it was much more comfortable. My favorite part is the view from the condo and just being able to walk into your backyard Aka beach. You are also only a mile from Seaside. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

While the management company gives you a little, start a package, I always bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. I also wish the management company would give you a credit to use towards bikes again.

Needs some updating

This property needs and update. The carpet in the main bedroom was black with wear. Patio furniture was stained and dirty. Need to spray for bugs.
